Refund policy

Because each pendant is custom-made from your unique photo, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, we stand behind our craftsmanship. If your pendant:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Looks significantly different from the approved 3D preview
- Has an incorrect name engraving

We will remake it at no additional charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.

We also offer one free revision during the 3D preview stage, so you can make sure every detail is perfect before production begins.
