Can you work with a photo of a pet who has passed?

Yes. Many of our orders are memorial pieces. Old photos, phone screenshots — we'll do our best.

What photo should I send?

Front-facing, eyes and face clearly visible, natural light preferred.
Any phone photo works. Not sure? Send it to us before ordering — we'll give you honest feedback.

Do I see a preview before you cast it?

Yes, always. We send you a preview for approval within 48 hours. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

How long does it take?

Nearly 14–21 business days from photo approval to shipment.

What if I'm not happy?

We don't accept returns on custom items, but if there's any quality issue, we remake it at no charge. No questions asked.
